Pros
Good work life balance, lots of young people, nice office, decent food in the cafetaria. made some good friends. the analytics work that I did actually involved analysis rather than just copy pasting etc.
Cons
The pay is a bit less compared to rest of the industry average. one of the offices is located quite far from the city center.
