Pros
You can miss shifts every once in a while with little to no consequences. They are very adamant and supportive on taking breaks. The employee "wellness" discount on produce is phenomenal. Shifts go by fast with a lot to do without being exhausting.
Cons
You must have a circle card to use the employee discount (worth it--take the time to figure it out). Some team leaders are strict or unpleasant to work with. Hours have been cut in my store, shifts are too short. Corporate is backtracking on their diversity platform.
