TELUS is an employer that values its employees on many fronts. The opportunity exists to have several careers within a single organization, and people are great to work with - friendships are made that reach outside work hours. It is also a place where creative minds are valued, and employees are empowered to make decisions that have an impact to the organization - this is a very rewarding environment in which to work.
Cons
TELUS is a large organization. While internal politics are much lower than at other companies this size, they are not altogether avoidable.
