Pros

Nothing so far, since they bought Voxpro is only getting worse

Cons

-They bought Voxpro and since that, this is only getting worse than before. For example:They took away our Christmas bonus (250 euros). -We don´t have any benefits at all, no sick days, no health care... -So Voxpro/Telus has opened 3 different offices in the last 2 years and has no money to give us the Xmas bonus, health insurance, sick days and so on... -We are continuously being watched (time that you take to go to the bathroom and so on). This isn´t human at all. -We were promised a bonus (400 euros) for doing our productivity and 2 days before pay day, they told us that they didn´t have money to pay us. -On that same day, all the big management had a party outside where they announced the fantastic "lake" that they are going to build outside

Pros

They are none telus bends over and do everything for there clients and do not care about the support agents!! They are cucks!!!

Cons

Pay is terrible for today's standard and not even interested in giving a pay increase. Working on a never-ending pilot where a angry little man is in charge off. Agents have to go ask to go to the toilets while he draws up stupid graphs and gives out to them all the time because his in love and obsessed with the client while pullibg down his pants to meet there demands

Pros

Can get experience to find better job somewhere else, especially as foreigner or just starting in job market Potential for progress in the company - but only if you're liked by people hiring

Cons

Nepotism and favourism run rampant in this company, particularly in their payments Client. Your salary will be minimum wage, your toilet breaks timed, and you'll be micromanaged daily because you'll need to have certain number of customer interactions done. Management is utterly uncapable and inexperienced, and Upper management has no idea what they are doing and due to their egos they won't take ant feedback seriously. They put on a great show for the Client, but in reality they are so incapable it makes you think how did they get the contract in the first place. Company puts on a show about their values and employee engagement but in reality they honestly do not care about any employee in that building. Just recently they fired over 50 people only to post job ads for those same positions again, your job boards are full of them - check if you don't believe it. Everyone is expendable, everyone is a number and you'll hate this place with a passion within 2 months, I can guarantee you that. You'll feel stressed and burnt out. You can forget your PTO getting approved, or planning your free time cause you'll get schedule published only for 3 weeks in advance which can be changed last minute. You'll be switched between different teams and managers without any training. You'll be expected to be a subject matter expert for a complicated suite of products without any help or training, and then put on a PIP by your useless manager. You'll be paid minimum wage - and then the payroll team will miscalculate your pay so you'll somehow end up owing them money. Phony folks with massive egos and zero idea about running business, leadership and management are managing people who genuinely deserve better. It's your classic soul sucking call center job. Avoid it at all costs....nobody should be that desperate to work here.
