Work to life balance is non-existent, management is terrible and don't seem to know what they're doing, and labor standards are brutal. The warehouse is not set up for stacking success and the wearable equipment they use is outdated and doesn't work half the time. They will work you up to 16 hours a day without batting an eyelash, and don't seem to care that you're barely sleeping because of it. Retention rate is the worst I have ever seen. The warehouse is horribly dirty with broke cases, pallets, and trash littering the aisles... Sometimes it gets so bad that it's hard to maneuver.
I have worked on warehouse for nearly half my life and I have never seen a facility ran so bad... My time there was a nightmare.
