Pros

1. Good compensation. 2. Dress Policy 3. Good Transport Facility 4. Mandatory Time In & Out Recording 5. 10 Paid Holidays if and only if resource is hospitalized. 6. Company contributes towards health insurance premium on 50 - 50 basis, if opted by the employee. 7. Good Onsite Opportunities. 8. Lot of opportunity for testing professionals..

Cons

1. Not so good policies: 1.A) Leaves - Total 15 Earned Leaves In A Year. 7 Public holidays are optional and 3 Public Holidays are mandatory (assuming 10 public holidays are in a year, figures vary based on the number of public holidays in the concerned year) 1.B) No Casual / Sick Leaves. 1.C) Can't club Earned leaves with public holidays with the weekends for an extended holiday period. 2. Dress code policy - Violation attracts Rs. 300 /= Fine. 3. Leave Encashment - No provision of leave encashment or adjustment of accumulated leaves during the notice period. Once the notice period starts all accumulated leaves are reset to 0. No leaves allowed during the Notice Period which is 2 months. 4. Project / Work allocation: Check for whether you are being interviewed for a project specific requirement or for Centre Of Excellence (CoE) a.k.a bench. The COE is the talent pool from where the resource are allocated based on requirement (as and when it arises). Project allocation is sometimes for shorter period after which it is back to CoE. 5. Work Timings - Two Shifts are there. 8 - 5 and 12 - 9. Unless otherwise specified / required, 8-5 is advised for ladies and 12-9 is for gents. Though it is not a hard and fast formula. Hours Clocked 0 - 4.5 Marked as absent. 4.5 - 8 Hours - Half Day, Above 8 hours - Present. 6. Health Insurance is priced too costly. 7. Getting an onsite opportunity depends. 8. Best employer ranking is too old. Haven't gone for a re ranking (reasons vary from the management side). 9. No survey conducted till date towards receiving the feedback from the employees about the company. 10. At time you may be asked to some other technology after a quick fix training, if there is a good number of requirement in the same. 11. No Work From Home facility. 12. No skip level meeting facility. (Where you can discuss the feedback about your immediate manager with his manager).

Pros

I have been working at Synechron, and my experience has been a mix of strong learning opportunities and a few challenges. On the positive side, I’ve had the chance to work on modern technologies and meaningful projects in the financial services domain. The exposure to clients and the pace of work helped me grow quickly and stay updated with industry trends. However, compensation is an area where I feel the company could improve. While the salary is competitive for some roles, market adjustments and internal corrections tend to move slowly. Promotions and hikes are not always transparent, and the process can feel inconsistent across teams. - I gained strong exposure to BFSI projects - I worked with modern tech stacks and digital transformation initiatives - I had supportive teammates and managers in most cases - I appreciated the opportunities for onsite roles - I experienced good learning and growth

Cons

- Compensation adjustments were slow - Promotion and appraisal processes lacked transparency - Work-life balance depended heavily on the project - HR processes were sometimes delayed - Management consistency varied across accounts
