Pros
There are many reasons why I enjoy working for Stryker, but here are my top five; It is a culture of delivering resluts, integrity and exceeding expectations. Solid financial record and stock growth despite average trends. The people accross every division are competent in their assigned roles and endeavors. Training programs allow for maximization of opportunities in the field as well as for career growth. It opens up a network of high profile professionals accross the world from different backgrounds, ethnicities and interests/specialization.
Cons
For me it is not a downside, but I would say that working for Stryker is a commitment. You must commit yourself 110% to obtaining your objectives and ensuring that they get done. No excuses. For some people, this may interfere on their need for a 9 to 5. This is not a 9-5 job. Its 24/7/365.
