Pros

Cool office, Flower mound is a great location.

Cons

Not sure this is big enough to list them all. This is quite possibly the worst company I've ever worked for. Starting with the interview process, which makes you believe you "fit" into their "culture". Quick update: there is zero culture, and what culture there is it's a very bullying type culture. Sales respects no one, sales management makes excuses and numbers are always inflated. The disparity of workload is pathetic. Some folks crank $80K looking at ESPN on their computers all day, others are so buried in work they literally break down and cry...or lose their jobs because they can't keep up with demand. Again, another update: Stryker itself can't keep up with demand. Sales analyst can only process orders as fast as they are built. Upper management is unrealistic, while also holding the Stryker brand to inflated worth. My advice - stay away.....unless you get a gig in Marketing. Those guys don't do anything and make really great money. Also, no work/life balance. Management discourages you from taking PTO that is earned, by threatening your job. But yes, sure. They have a work/life balance, just make sure your work is your actual life.

Pros

The individual contributors you work with are fantastic people and the products we work on are really interesting and have significant impacts on patient care.

Cons

Sports Medicine has unfortunately changed from a dynamic and collaborative group to one being led by toxic leadership. Rather than working together and trusting team members, they now have an in group and out group. If you’re in the in group, you can say anything you want without being questioned and be automatically trusted even when your track record says otherwise. If you’re in the out group and your message doesn’t align with what the leadership wants to hear, then you are automatically wrong and not to be trusted.
