Pros
The only pro I can think of was how easy it was too get hired. I had no interview, not one question, took a short test and that was it. Training was ok the first 2 days, after that you didn't know what you were doing one break to the next.
Cons
I took this position as a temp solution. By Friday afternoon I walked out. They were totally disorganized, nobody knew what was going on, denied lunches and breaks, talked to horribly, disrespectful, and I would advise everyone to stay away. As a professional in the customer service industry for 15+ years I am seasoned and good at what I do. I had heard great things about the company and thought this would be a way to get a full time permanent position here. By Friday off the first week, I didn't want it anymore. I was given 8 didn't schedule the first 4 days! We were forced on the phones with no quality training, then penalized for asking questions or taking a few moments to note accounts. Then, I was deemed a lunch altogether and told my training class was my lunch and to get back to work. The last time I checked I did not work in a sweat shop I got an hour lunch. Nope, it's free pizza during training so that is your lunch, at least you get paid for it. ( less than half of what I made at my last job). I do not eat junk food at all......pizza really? I have NEVER in my life walked out of a job until now. We were rounded up, herded like cattle, and tossed on a phone. Management talks down to you a dumb because they just hired anybody. Disorganized, clueless, disrespectful, distasteful, company I have ever set foot in.
