Could be great but cut corners and favoritism abound

Cons
The trucks are always in terrible shape with a top speed of 65 and they slow down with the slightest incline. They have driver facing AND road facing camera which is run by Geotab, the cheapest most inaccurate route and monitor system there is. Dispatch plays favorites along nationality, racial, or romantic desirability lines. You push around heavy two wheeled bins (that four wheels would make a lot easier but they cheap out) . The lift gate isn’t automatic so you’ll be breaking your back doing that about 50 times a day. Anything to monitor or slow you down they spare no expense but things that will actually help you do your job safely whe. They avg age of workers is 50, they cut every corner. For the money you’re better of working for an Amazon or Fed Ex partner.
