Cons
It has been this way for many, many years - it's a cult, very, very cliquey, extremely toxic, the only thing this company cares about is money, and the only way to succeed in this company is to give up your entire life to work here, there is ZERO work-life balance. As a full time manager you are expected to coach 12 - 15 classes per week on top of cover any subs that coaches don't find coverage for (cancelling is not an option and you will get reprimanded if you cancel classes for the sake of your own health) on top of well over 40 hours per week of admin related work to manage the studio All management cares about is money. All headquarters cares about is opening studios up left and right REGARDLESS of the chaos on the ground, the lack of actual roles filled on the ground, and the studios that are open yet falling apart at the seams. There is a big difference between wanting your company to succeed and actually caring about your employees at the same time (consider not overworking and underpaying your managers - hccm's specifically) vs. what is done at solidcore caring nothing about the employees health and well-being and only caring about how much money they can get month over month. They'll try to convince you all day long and put on paper to try and say that it's not that way, but TRUST ME I've experienced years of this treatment and witnessed it on so many other employees, I would never recommend anyone in the fitness industry work here
