This leadership team cares about nothing except opening studios as fast as humanly possible with no regard for the teams on the ground or the quality of the product. Your hard will never be recognized, anything personal you share will be used against you at a later date, and you will have a promotion/job opportunity dangled over you like a carrot for years to no avail. The CEO will hold last-minute meetings solely to shame and belittle the employees. She sees it as 'inspirational speeches' rather than a product of her self-gratuitous narcissism. Do not waste your time or energy working for this company.
