Solidcore interview questions

It's literally an audition. You are to select a date based on the options given, you come in prepared to coach 2 exercises within a couple minutes (have a song selected as well) and then they have each person go one by one in front of everyone and instruct the "class".

The interview process was overall fairly simple and quick, they are mostly looking for good energy and a commitment to go through the training process and coach regularly. In addition the audition itself, you answer some questions about you and your interest in coaching and confirm your availability for coaching and training.
