The talent is incredible. Slack employs the best and the brightest and you have an awesome opportunity to learn from people who have seen it all. There is an organic sense of trust developed between employer and employee (especially during shift to remote work) which means no micromanaging and no nonsense. If you do right by the company they will do right by you! Last but not least, the software is honestly the most useful and impressive piece of enterprise technology you will ever use.
