Hierarchy, very very poor management, people only care about themselves and steal credit for your work, sexual harrassment in company and the harrasser didn't get fired. He got promoted. HR is self-centered and does not deserve the credit they are given, especially the leader. Also no growth in company. Very slow ladder

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
