The management lacks vision. Specially in india, you will feel like you work at a local shop.0 professionalism. Managers do not have any managerial skills. Too much bureaucracy. HR is spineless. No focus on making quality products or innovation. Just working on lowering cost of all old products.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
