Pros

Less cross functional teams as most R&D Projects are moved from Europe to India, Some teams have been blessed with cheerful managers and a positive work ethic.

Cons

In some teams, there is a tendency to exhibit micromanagement practices, which can be typical in Indian work environments. It appears that the selection and promotion of new managers is based more on their personal relationship with their superiors rather than their skillset. As a result, these new managers may not always align well with the company culture. Despite multiple escalations, it seems that HR does not have a significant influence in addressing these issues. The lack of response from HR when concerns are shared, particularly regarding conflicts at the work level, suggests a need for improvement in HR processes.

Pros

Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

Cons

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
