      Cons

      Team managers will dictate how enjoyable your day is. Little accountability for managers. Teams can be great or very political leading to Inexperienced team managers and inefficient teams.

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      Cons

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
