Good culture and people who care about mentorship on my team. I feel valued by my team and good WLB
Cons
Seeing a trend of people leaving and now that more companies are hiring remotely, Shopify salaries are 20-30% lower compared to market. Talent and comp claims that we pay competitively but market data definitely says otherwise. Take a look on Blind, most posts are around how low salaries are. Raises and promos are also low, it's difficult to stay knowing that you're not fairly compensated.
