Pros

Just the colleagues. The team (peers) was great but that's it.

Cons

1) Lack of onboarding and training: the training consists in 6 days of self-training and reading. After that you have to be ready and performant. 2) Lack of transparency by the upper management 3) No bonuses: extremely high threshold to get commissions but in order to get your commission also the company target has to be hit even if it doesn't depends on you. 4) Too many changes: they'll constantly change roles and responsibilities without even asking. They just impose it to you and don't even train you for the new set of responsibilities. Don't expect to do the job you interviewed for. 5) Way to chit chat, gossips. 6) "open to feedback culture" very not true. The open to feedback culture is the great motto but as soon as someone has feedbacks that diverge from the company decisions, you are addressed as a problem. 7) To get promoted: never complain, live for the company and befriend someone in the management

Cons

Based on role and how interviews go, you may be asked to have more interviews.
