* Fantastic environment where initiative is prized * New ideas are very often greenlit, but are *always* listened to * The company revenue is growing at a breakneck pace, so it can guarantee financial stability * The VC the company deals with is not here to milk and skin it ASAP, but to grow it on long term - no undue pressures
