      Pays relatively well, always on time.

      Cons

      Chaotic, stressful, treating people as disposable resources, a very American culture that overworks the best employees. If you are smart, you should play the dumbass, always say yes to everything, and smile even if you are on the brink of a mental collapse. By shutting up and doing what you are told to and ignoring the compliance violations you will be successful at this place.

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
