Lazy Management & Orwellian - Analytical Chemist Sanofi Employee Review

Horrible place to work Management is extremely lazy and unhelpful. Analyst are expected to do managements work. Company culture is extremely toxic and the company has a very Orwellian atmosphere. They put up a front of being keen on safety by being extremely strict on minor safety issues (e.g Using food tray in canteen), But anything that is serious quickly gets swept under the rug. Avoid this place at all costs. They don't values employees ( Contractors or in house staff). progression is slow as the focus is to get people testing with no interest in developing analysts knowledge or skills, Just simply follow the steps and dont get it wrong
