      +Old fashion management style mostly related to sales area +Lack of data-driven decisions, more like "gut feeling" +Key Account Managers of the company could be arrogant and lacking of skills to properly design a strategy based on numbers. +The company is a least a decade behind other companies for technology matters (mostly about software).

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
