Pros
Still a viable commercial entity, therapies are top class though competition is equal if not better in some circumstances. There are scarce number of staff who understand the need for real patient centricity, though they are being suffocated.
Cons
Lack of talent and engagement. People who have traversed pharma 101 models for years have no idea how to manage this space and their people to get the best out of the situation. Teams are disgruntled, with one team in particular set up by poor manager prior. Possibility for improvement with entry of new staff.
