      Company is not competitive with local biotech in the area. Lack of options for non-management positions after a certain level. Minimal raises with no pay adjustment. New employees valued more than dedicated long-term staff.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
