      Overall package is very decent probably the best in town.

      Flexibility is under zero. Unbearable workload, even lunch time is dictated. It’s like a factory. constantly denied holiday requests, even during summer. Forcing us to go to the office 3 times, no possibility to work from abroad,

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
