- Not as diverse as it intends to be. In enterviws, behaviors are not the top priorities, which leads to people, who are not diversity supportive, being hired, which does not help in internal environment in real life. SAP as a company supports and is againts any kind of discrimication, but the employees, many times, do not fully agree with these policies, or think they are not that important, and end up causing embarissing situations. There are only a few areas where this is not true.
- For support, the worklife balance is a bit complicated due to the working hours which are diffent for each day of the week.
