- a disfunctional, extremely hierarchal environment - many levels of management who are getting paid to perform administrative tasks and adding no value to improving customer experience or improving SAP sales - management has no desire to listen to the highly experienced employees they are willing to hire; dictates come down from above....often with no regard for the reality on the street and reality of SAP's own organization and limitations. - I believe SAP is far down its lifecycle curve; it will collapse from its own weight and inabiity to be agile enough in an enviroment that demands flexibility and insight. Best days are behind SAP
