Pros
I worked in the Vancouver office as a feature developer. It was a good experience. Wasn't anything special. The people were very nice, the challenges were ok. I think it's a good company to give you industry exposure after university. They offered paid lunches, where you could use a gift card and go to a number of restaurants around the area. Good if you're looking for a stable job.
Cons
It was a little laid back, personally I didn't get anything technically interesting. But then again I wasn't really passionate about Business Intelligence.
