Pros

The training course is great and paid by the company. I was lucky having the transfer I requested, but just because it was a "growing" base.

Cons

Lack of organization Lack of respect for employees Inadequate people in the offices if you have any query I did not receive my payslips for 5 months in a row, although I was keeping asking for them. They downgrade people who do not sell enough products. They changed the contract and brought to 0 the hours of flight of cabin crew, so that we were going to be paid less. They reduced the basic salary, too. Cabin crew are not provided with any food, water, or staff discount, and even having one coffee without paying it (same price as for passengers) is considered as stealing. They modify annual leave without notifying that or just giving a very short notice. Unpaid leave should be given but they are not. After 2/3 sick days, you are asked to attend a meeting in Dublin because they are not sure if to keep you in the company anymore. It is very conventional to have to "fight" for receiving your salary or payslip. It could go on and on but I decide to stop.

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
