    I worked at Ryanair full-time

    Pros

    1. Easy entry in aviation. 2. Fixed roster: 5 days work / 3 days off

    Cons

    1. Unprofessional behavior from some managing staff. 2. Constant pressure about intensives, to reach targets and sales. 3. low pay-rate (lower than any other European airline). 4. Unappreciative behavior regarding your efforts. 5 .They advice you if you are sick to call sick and stay at home, however if you do so and even if you bring doctor's certificate you will have a meeting and most luckily a warning if you exceed the 2 occasions per year. 6. They don't provide you not even a bottle of water during your shift even if it's for 12 hours. you have to pay. 7. Unjust behavior by most of the managing/office staff as someone's bad attendance won't matter as long as this person's sales are good. 8. At the end of the month you might take the correct amount of your sales bonus, or not. 9. Some Cabin supervisors with old contracts feel and also act as if they are untouchable, and they are. Not doing their duties in a professional manner.

I worked at Ryanair full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good salary. Opportunity to move around departments as they hire internally.

    Cons

Management do not care and will be embarass you in front of the whole floor if you make a mistake or try to explain that you have a different way to get the job done. The atmosphere is negative on every floor in that building.
