Pros
New fleet, stable roster, many days off, staff travel (sometimes is cheaper to buy a normal ticket), possibility to get a transfer.
Cons
Pushing to sell more and more, the only topic on briefings are sales. Walking up and down the aisle with the trolleys to sell more and killing people with PA's. Commisions are paid by owner device, not shared equally, so crews are fighting for them sometimes. Company doesn't care about anything alse than sales when promoting people. Quality of service onboard is very poor as they are hiring everyone cause they need more people. No benefits, blue tickets just for pursers, no food and water for crew onboard. Usually it takes ages to contact management. Sometimes happen that payslips are incorrect. At the begining salary is very low, like it happened to me first year; 300€, 400€, 700€. No basic salary for juniors. Quality of uniforms is really bad, 30€ evey month is given as a grooming allowance, but if you need f.e. new jacket you pay 90€, or coat 100€. Long walks on the airport ramp, bus services are not provided for ryanair crew at the airport ramp. Cleaning is not provided during turnarounds, so aircraft fly up to 6-8 sectors without cleaning, crew is responsible for that.
