Ability to do new things not previously qualified to do. Good community philanthropy opportunities. Ability to give back to charities.

Cons

I caught several Management team members at different levels in lies. I was reprimanded for telling a client the truth. Leadership doesn't take council of workforce. Over promises and under delivers to clients consistently. Sells services business doesn't have the architecture to support. Directors mislead and make promises they don't make good on. Middle level leadership execution detached from executive leadership.
