      Pros

      Fabulous leadership team that is involved in the day to day operations of the company. Everyone's opinion matters. They really focus on only hiring the very best, and that removes a lot of the typical problems businesses face. Cultural fit is super important. Amazing benefits and extra perks.

      Cons

      Hyper growth and an ever changing environment can be hard for some people to adapt to.
