Pfizer supports innovation and creativity and also is trying to be as fast as a mid size company with out loosing its basic management controls. The internal resources are great, there is no reason to not do your job, Training, Knowledge, Support, Collaboartion, all is avaialble at Pfizer. Some Executive Directors are really role models, the vision and the mission of the company is thru and not only a sentence in a piece of paper. You can live the values. The company also beleive in its employees

the challenges do not have a solution yet (as far as we know) and all the time staff cuts are the solution to keep the numbers for Wall Street It is very difficult to grow inside Pfizer and when you finally do it, HR tries to give you a very small compensation
