Believe every review that is written on here from a former employee who took all these reviews with a grain of salt but being further into the role all these reviews proved to be extremely accurate. They lure young postgrad adults into this role with their unusual high salary for their “entry level role” knowing they’re either going to turn you over within your first 5 months or you’ll eventually quit because you’re trading your life for a salary of 100k. There’s no problem with working hard to main this base but when there is no results shown over time for the 7 days a week you work and 80 hours you put in, it eventually becomes extremely clairvoyant as to what this company actually is. They promote ads to work at specific regions because the turnover is so high, they’re constantly interviewing 24/7 even if they have a full sales team because the turnover is 97%. Their sales overall as a region is extremely low which just shows to them as a company and how much they “invest” in their employees. The new reps are the ones who constantly bare the burden as to why they’ve been producing no revenue when in reality you have just been in the position for a month with minimal training that isn’t substantial enough so in turn your spending an extra 2 hours in the morning to get some substantial training in. In short that’s just 10% of the obstacles you’ll overcome when starting out in this role. Take into account ote at other companies that WILL equate to this salary and more with actual work life balance and higher ups who actually want to see you strive and succeed.
