      Pros

      There is a lot of freedom in this role, you get to manage your schedule while ensuring all of your projects stay on time. It is also not the monotonous role that a lot of other jobs are, this job is truly different every day.

      Cons

      Although not necessarily a con, the role evolved tremendously. Change is necessary for a company like Paycom.

      Pros

      The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

      Cons

      The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.
