Personally, I’ve always felt appreciated for the work I do. Good workplace culture with frequent employee appreciation initiatives.

The workload has increased significantly over the past few years, but compensation hasn’t kept pace for everyone. Pay increases don’t always seem consistent across employees, even when workloads are similar. While top performers receive recognition, some employees may feel overlooked or underappreciated. The pace can become overwhelming during busy periods due to the growing workload and the department continuing to downsize.
