Pros
Company culture is awesome. Very easy to interface with other teams to get work done. PayPal embraces a mobile work life, making it extremely easy to work on the go or work remotely when needed.
Cons
Minor headaches with supporting legacy systems. However, given the nature of the payments industry, that's unfortunately expected.
