Pros
Great starting salary as a Team Leader as I felt I was paid well for my prior leadership experience. Senior leadership was outstanding when I first began.
Cons
Was once a great great company with many opportunities. However several of these opportunities have now been outsourced which means very little growth opportunities. Depending on the location there are many diversity issues and going to work is very similar to a reality show of Survivor or Big Brother.
