      Big company with lots of perks

      Cons

      Pass the blame to the little guy. I do feel sorry for the outsourced work as they get a lot of slack and i do not really like the management style. They make you feel bad for wanting time off, but then state that your wellness is important

      Pros

      Great company! My managers and directors care about who I am as a person. They want you to succeed and be efficient at the role so you have the tools and support to foster that growth.

      Cons

      Big company energy. Can be draining month after month. Sales as a whole can be tiring but it’s very rewarding when you get lucky, put in the hard work and hustle!

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
