      Pros

      Senior CRA colleagues are experienced professionals and more or less on the same level, the community is friendly and try to organize social events as many times as possible.

      Cons

      There has been some change in the management locally, which has not brought advantages but rather disadvantages.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
