Pros
Paddy power have been amazing with us over all of this pandemic we had check ins from our DM and recieved full pay throughout it all, also ontop of this got a nice christmas bonus and a end of year bonus which was amazing and gave made me feel very valued by the company. Also the opitunities to develop your knowledge are there also Im currently undergoing a lvl 3 in customer service.
Cons
The only downside for me myself is the jump on rate of pay from assistant manager to manager but it still isnt the worst rate of pay : )
