Benefits package is average overall. Yearly bonus for many full time staff but that is about as far as it goes as it usually merely compensates for below-average to average salary. Improving alot in the last year on paternity benefits for all staff. Outside of this it doesn't stretch much further. Will continue to struggle with other major tech companies without offering additional perks like gym memberships, free lunches or stock options etc.
There is a pension plan available, life insurance available, vacation and paid time off.
They do look after their staff with multiple benefit options - insurance (health, dental), bike to work, technology etc. Some are given, some are a choice of the employee
We have many benefits and there is an employer contribution towards many other benefits
There are internal opportunities if you are skilled for the role.

Well, it all depends on if your shop was in a profit the previous year. Then only the shop manager is told what the shop is getting. They then split it how THEY see fit. Most managers take the majority for themselves and split the rest between the staff who, in most shops do the work of the manager.
