Real responsibilities, good exposure to industry practices and procedures. Company promotes growth of individuals (classes and workshops) and pay is competitive.
Cons
Menial work at times, lack of guidance due to overworked management. High turnover rate, most co-workers were there 3 years or less. Tons of unnecessary infrastructure to wade through. Product was very messy and lacked focus or quality.
