- Focus on latest Cloud/PAAS technologies and DevOps philosophy in Dublin office - High hiring bar leads to very skilled/experienced engineers - Open minded senior management encouraging data driven discussions and decisions - Management values and supports continuous learning and being up to speed with technologies (Attending conferences, events, etc.) - Company culture values work/life balance of employees - Mature product portfolio - CEO has a down to earth approach and he is pushing realistic strategies - C-Suite is aware of that transformation and innovation are foundation of success - Choice of Macbook pro or powerful windows laptops for engineers - Flexible work hours - Health Insurance for family - Good office standards - Standing desks for everyone - Social Fridays for having some fun at work.

Cons

- Despite PTC has 30 years' history, Dublin office is brand new so company is not widely known in Ireland yet

Pros

Really nice people, stable environment. Mostly remote; from time to time I had to go in the office. Good compensation package.

Cons

Very linear in terms of technologies and challenges, keep doing the same thing for over 4 years, no different projects. In terms of salary increases, and promotions here in Dublin the scale is very low.
