      Pros

      Great time-off policies, fairly flexible. Good online development courses.

      Cons

      Insecure management. I did not feel it was possible to be promoted from my location. I met all my goals and improved processes, but when review time came, there was never anything positive said. Only negative comments make it a very discouraging place to work. I always felt as if management was hiding information.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
