Good work life balance Nice balance of product portfolio, with traditional CAD, PLM, ALM product along with new age IOT based product platform.
Cons
No concept of the bench so if your project goes belly up, you run into the risk of getting fired, But they do try to accommodate you in existing products. PTC has acquired Thingworx, Due to which they try to squeeze Thingworx everywhere in developing a feature set of other product also.
