Absolute lack of process. Decisions are made without data. Definitely no single source of truth. Executive leadership is in constant battle with one another. Absolute lack of uniformity or control. Reactionary. Manipulates customers into sales agreements. No career planning. There are people who've worked the same job for 20 years!
